Kornwerkshop
Rigorous flow control

The origins of Kornwerkshop

Kornwerkshop began operations in response to the spread of defective plastic masks and mouthpieces imported without any ergonomic testing. Many runners in our area in the Basque Country were looking for respiratory resistance instruments with reliable mechanical calibration, but the market was limited to disposable items or devices with unnecessary digital connectivity and inflated prices.

We established our workshop in Vitoria-Gasteiz to focus strictly on functionality: mouthpieces molded from food-grade silicone and manual airflow selectors that will not fail in rain or sweat. Each unit is assembled individually, ensuring valve tolerances remain consistent before the warranty seal is applied.

We believe in honest, personal commerce, cutting out fees tied to external payment gateways and allowing orders to be paid by bank transfer or in cash upon delivery to the carrier. Those who choose our products receive an understated training tool backed by statutory warranty coverage and direct customer support from the people who build it.

Ignacio Mendizabal
A respiratory device should perform with the same simplicity as a running shoe: without superfluous components and with a seal that keeps resistance constant.
Ignacio Mendizabal, Head of Technical Development and Mechanical Testing

Functional simplicity

We prioritize pure mechanical designs that stand the test of time without relying on batteries or fragile components. We believe athletic equipment should perform consistently in any weather.

Clean materials

We select only safe, food-grade silicones and polymers that do not transfer chemical compounds to the mouth. Purity and sensory neutrality are essential for every component that comes into contact with the user.

Transparent commercial terms

We operate with clear payment methods such as cash on delivery and traditional bank transfer. We provide straightforward 30-day returns for any product that retains its original sealed packaging.
