Delivery & Payment
Kornwerkshop handles shipments of respiratory training items and running support gear directly to destinations within Spain. All orders are carefully prepared on working days to ensure sports and educational items arrive in optimal condition.

Transit times are calculated in business days after warehouse dispatch. Certain remote geographical areas may require 1-2 additional days.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over €55 to Spain; orders below this amount carry a fee of €4.85.
- Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
- Orders placed before 14:30 on business days enter delivery on the same date.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item remains intact and in its original factory packaging.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Purchases completed before 14:30 on business days are dispatched on the same date. Later orders, or those placed on weekends or holidays, will ship on the following business day. We will send an order confirmation with your order number once confirmed.
Each mouthpiece, respiratory trainer, or sports accessory is packaged in heat-sealed bags with an individual hygienic seal. For external shipping, reinforced corrugated cardboard boxes with protective corner guards and pressed recycled paper filler are used to prevent impact during transit.
Tracking your parcel
Once the shipment is dispatched, the system sends a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor package progress across the national logistics network at all times.
Lost or delayed parcel
If the tracking code remains unchanged for 5 business days, please contact [email protected] with your order reference. We will open a formal inquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund (based on your preference) within 10 business days of notification.
Damaged on arrival
If the parcel shows external dents or punctures upon delivery, note this on the courier delivery slip. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the affected product, and send the documentation to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement at no cost.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never request online banking credentials or payment card details via phone calls or email messages.
Delivery outside Spain
We ship to a selected list of destinations. Shipping rates and transit times for each territory are detailed prior to checkout. Any import customs duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
