Conditions

Consumers have a voluntary return period extended to 30 calendar days from receipt of the shipment. To accept a return, the breathing accessory must retain its factory packaging intact, keep the thermoformed hygienic seal untorn, and show no signs of oral contact, dirt, or mechanical tampering.

For strict health protection and biosecurity reasons, under Article 103 of Spain's general consumer protection law, any mouth trainer, nose clip, or mouthpiece whose plastic seal has been broken or opened irrevocably loses the right to an exchange or refund.

Return procedure

Submit your withdrawal request by sending an email to [email protected] with the original order number and photos of the intact seal.
Receive the return merchandise authorization (RMA) along with the address of the logistics intake center in Spain.
Place the item with its manuals and original packaging inside a padded protective box with the RMA code clearly visible.
Receive your refund to the specified bank account within 3 to 10 business days following a successful hygienic and technical inspection.

Who pays return shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the full shipping cost: we will provide a prepaid label or schedule a pickup. If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be at your expense, with no additional deductions applied.

Refund timing and method

Refund processing takes place within 3 business days of technical verification of the product. Orders paid via cash on delivery are refunded via bank transfer to the account number provided; those paid via bank transfer are returned to the originating account. The final bank posting typically requires an additional 1 to 5 business days depending on the receiving bank.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another specification, variant, or model, please submit a standard return and place a separate order; we will refund the returned item once received. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, the new shipment will be dispatched free of charge.
