These terms govern any order placed through kornwerkshop.shop, a website operated by Kornwerkshop S.L.. Placing an order implies reading and acceptance of these terms. We recommend reviewing them alongside our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy sections.

The goods
Sale of physical conditioning accessories, mouthpieces, and manual breath training devices, along with running and breathing cadence guidance programs designed by independent fitness trainers. Each product page details included components, volume, and physical specifications. Visual materials are illustrative; outer packaging may show slight variations depending on the production batch.
Ordering and contract
The transaction formally begins upon receipt of the corresponding payment. We send confirmation by email, with the contractual agreement considered finalized upon actual dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to decline an order due to unforeseen stock shortages or difficulties verifying the details provided, promptly refunding the full amount received.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping fees are detailed during checkout prior to payment. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before shipment, offering the option to confirm the order at the adjusted price or cancel at no charge.
Delivery
Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are listed in the Shipping and Payments section. Legal custody of the equipment transfers to the recipient upon physical delivery.
Product images and colours
Product photography accurately represents the devices we dispatch. Because color reproduction varies by monitor, browser software, and ambient lighting, minor color variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect and do not warrant compensation or free returns. Specifications for materials, dimensions, and components are detailed on each item's technical sheet.
Transfer of risk
We maintain responsibility for packages until the carrier completes delivery to the recipient or designated person at the stated address. At that point, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Any visible exterior transit damage must be noted on the courier delivery note and reported to our team within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
The window to cancel your purchase and return items is 30 days from receipt, following the procedure outlined in the Returns section. In accordance with Spain's Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, all physical consumer goods are covered by a statutory three-year warranty against defects of conformity existing at delivery. Natural wear of silicone parts or damage caused by misuse are excluded.
- Customized goods or items configured to specific customer requirements.
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Oral, mouth, or nasal contact devices whose hygiene and biosecurity seal has been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
- Digital sports training content supplied following the consumer's express consent for immediate delivery.
Liability
The total contractual liability of Kornwerkshop S.L. arising from the supply of products is capped at the amount actually paid by the buyer for that specific order or at a fixed sum equivalent to 100 EUR. Nothing in this document limits any liabilities that applicable law declares mandatory and non-excludable.
Age and use
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. Respiratory tools must be used strictly according to their technical instructions and never replace professional medical advice.
Governing law and disputes
Contractual relations are governed exclusively by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations, submitting any dispute to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile in Spain. If an amicable agreement cannot be reached regarding any dispute, the matter will be settled in the courts corresponding to the seller's registered office, without prejudice to any statutory rights that apply to the buyer in their country of residence.
