when packages are shipped from the workshop
Orders confirmed before 14:30 on business days are packed and handed over to the courier that same day from our facility in Vitoria-Gasteiz. If paying by bank transfer, shipment is processed once the bank entry is confirmed.
how returns work for a received product
You have 30 days from delivery to return the product to our facilities, provided it remains unused and in its original sealed packaging. For strict hygiene reasons, unsealed accessories can only be returned in the case of an obvious defect.
