Over months of regular practice, the membranes of any expiratory resistance device build up micro-deformations from the combined action of moisture and continuous oscillation. The Diafrag set restores the original mechanical precision of your equipment through four synthetic elastomer discs formulated to deliver a linear, unyielding response curve. Each disc features a micrometrically controlled thickness to offer distinct resistance to outgoing airflow, allowing you to progress in your training without switching devices. Its formulation withstands regular cleaning with water without losing elasticity or drying out.

Instructions for changing the inner disc
Check with your fingertip that the membrane lies flat on its support ridge.
If you notice condensation, remove the disc and dry it with soft paper without rubbing hard.
When screwing the housing back on, do not overtighten to avoid pinching the outer rim of the disc.

The four discs arrive separated into pressed-paper compartments that prevent friction between them. The entire envelope is sealed with a tamper-evident strip to ensure its integrity.
